Warranty Conditions
All parts come with a 12-month warranty.
The warranty period begins from the date of sale of the product, as indicated on the NORSIDER invoice. For parts delivered via a carrier, under NORSIDER’s responsibility, the warranty period starts from the date the goods are received.
Any claims regarding the condition of the part must be reported to NORSIDER before the end of the warranty period.
Whenever a warranty claim is submitted, the part will undergo an evaluation to assess its condition and the validity of the claim. The warranty will only be accepted if the part is returned in good condition, with the appropriate NORSIDER markings, and if the reported defect is confirmed.

Exchange and Return Conditions
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item. You may return it for any reason and choose to receive a refund or exchange it for another part.
You can return the item directly to our physical store (Trofa, Portugal) or via transportation services. The purchase invoice must be presented, either in paper or electronic format.
You may opt to exchange the item for a similar part or a different one, regardless of the value. Unfortunately, NORSIDER cannot guarantee that the desired part will be in stock in case of an exchange.
